Please note that this is a 2-sheet schedule. One sheet has the training for U10-U14, the other has the training for U16-U19. U10-14 train 5 days a week and U16-19 train 6 days a week. They are working on different events, so please read the schedules carefully.
Please feel free to print and post the schedule so your athlete remembers which skis and which days he/she will be training.
