Thanks to everyone who came and participated in the Physical Assessments. Most of you did a really great job and I’m sure that all of you will improve as you practice and get used to the testing protocols. Here is a link to the physical assessment results. Take a look as I think the data is extremely interesting and you can see where you need to improve. I will work to schedule a second assessment date as soon as I can. If you have any questions please let me know. Keep Training! Karen
If you haven’t already, make sure that you LIKE Snow Summit Race Team on Facebook. There you will find lots of information and current updates, changes, details, etc. There is a link to our Facebook page on the upper right hand corner of the screen.
Twitter – Follow us on Twitter (SSRT_ALL). Don’t worry you don’t have to follow anyone else or get Twitter feeds from other crazy links. But linking Twitter SSRT_ALL to your mobile device will get you text messages for the MOST current information. You’ll get the most current information and training schedules directly as a text to your phone. It’s easy to set up. You need to be at a computer and set up a Twitter account for yourself. Follow the directions below:
1. Once you have logged in to your Twitter account, go to the link on the left of the page that says MOBILE.
2. Under Activate Twitter Text Messaging add your phone number, etc.
3. Once you’ve added your phone number you have to go back into SSRT_ALL and click on the settings which say enable text messaging.
