BBQ
We ask that each family bring a side dish or a dessert. It should be large enough to serve your family and 6 additional people.

You’ll see former member families and meet new member families!

The set up for the BBQ will be between 11:00 and 11:30 AM. We will eat between 11:30 AM and 12:30 PM. and clean up by 12:45 PM.

We will want your attention at 12:45. We will introduce the Big Bear Ski Educational Foundation Board of Directors, race team coaches, the Development Team Head Coaches, Scott Waner and Doug Kossak, and the other coaches in attendance. You will learn about our major fund-raiser, the “Think Snow”. You will learn what we need from every family and get to bid on a silent auction item.

You will also learn about our new BBSEF Service Hours policy.

Uniform Issue
For those of you who have not yet turned in your uniforms for last season, please bring the clean
uniform to turn in at the BBQ.

We expect to receive the new uniforms in November. We will let you know when they arrive.

Departure
When your family is ready to leave, please make sure that you clean up, get any serving dishes you brought, make sure that you have your athlete(s).
